One-of-a Kind Ceramics Hand Crafted in Chicago
With my hands and a few simple tools I form clay and glaze into beautiful, simple, and sometimes whimsical, functional works for the home. Inspired by production potters and their art of craft, I marry with that a hand-hewn quality to each individual piece so no two are identical. Indulging my homebody tendencies with my love for modern design, my work is at peace with many design styles. Often vessels, Amber Vintage pieces stand on their own, but work in concert with what fills them. Be it a soap dish with a favorite soap, a bowl with a delicious meal, or a vase holding a bouquet, each piece is beautiful, empty or full.
